It's not really looking good for future android upgrades  for the  htc magic as it was a struggle to get the upgrde from 1.5 to 2.1 pushed through. As with most of the htc cells there's always a way to upgrade play with os's, hopefully when the next version of Android is released one of the supergeeks will be able to tell how to upgrade to it :P
