I actually dont know if the RC W100 is compatible with the Touch Pro2, but I have experienced loads of problems with that headset with several other HTC devices, and I will not recommend it - instead, I would go for something else - like the HS U110 audio adaptor with stereo headphones for  HTC Touch Pro2 (it's about £17 at expansys - and they do have other headsets for the Touch Pro 2, if this one isnt your thing).

Regarding the drivers for the W100, there should have been a cd with drivers in the box with the headset. As it is a pretty old headset (I remember there was a driver released for WM 5.0 for this headset), it might be difficult finding the driver on the net.
