Nearly 2 years ago now we created HTCROM.com as a central place for people to go to who own HTC devices and suffer from typical problems such as battery life and so on. We created a Twitter account for Emily and right now we are getting on average 20 questions every single day from people asking for help with a huge array of things ranging from rom questions to when a new phone is out and which carrier will support it. So we figured why not create a simple place where you can all ask and answer questions about your phones and help each other get the most out of your fantastic HTC devices.
Obviously we'll be there to help to, so don't dispair.
